We would like to assure both our customers and suppliers that the REACH regulation is of our significant concern. Enaspol a. s. fully respects and follows all the obligations arising from the regulation. Down the supply chain it involves all uses of the substances we deliver to our customers to be taken into account for the preparation of registration dossier. Up the supply chain we met our obligations by timely communication of all our uses of the substances we buy from our suppliers.

Three substances from our product portfolio are subject to the first wave of REACH registrations (ie. by November 30th 2010). These are Abeson (LABSA), Spolapon 242/70 (SLES 70) and Spolostans (PNS). We intensively work on their timely registration. Moreover, we would like to assure all our customers who sent us their uses of our substances that we included these uses to be covered in the technical dossier and that respective exposure scenarios (ES) as well as Chemical Safety Report (CSR) will be elaborated for them.
