Our company has successfully met all the requirements pursuant to the REACH regulation, of which the 1st registration deadline expired on November 30.
The first registration deadline for registration of chemical substances according to the Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council (REACH) expired on November 30, 2010. This day was the first obligatory date for registration of chemicals manufactured or imported in tonnages over 1000 t/a.
Enaspol a. s. met all the requirements resulting from the 1st registration deadline and within respective consortia successfully registered both of the monomer substances manufactured in tonnages exceeding 1000 t/a. Namely, it regards the products Abeson, Spolapon AES 242/70 and Spolapon AES 242 (transformation of Spolapon AES 242/70 into Spolapon AES 242 is covered by a manufacturing exposure scenario; in terms of REACH they are identical substances).
For both substances we submitted a full registration, ie. a dossier satisfying information requirements pursuant to Annex X of the Regulation (including the Chemical Safety Report). Further information including new safety data sheets and reference numbers will be sent to our customers in the next few days.
