ALFONAL K is an effective and fibre-saving wetting, engraining and levelling agent for textile industry. It is compatible with anionic, cationic and nonionic components of working baths. ALFONAL K shows good detersion ability, therefore washing process may be skipped in many cases. ALFONAL K softens fibre and prevents from rising of static charge. Levelling effect can be improved in combination with Syntegals.
It can be used in detergent formulations as wetting component, foam booster and stabilizer, hair/fibre softener and antistatic agent, as well as back-fetting agent, viscosity control agent instead of anorganic salts, perfume fixative and solubilizer, and as cleansing power increasing dispersant and emulsifier.
In addition, ALFONAL K is used as wetting, dispersing and levelling agent in tanneries.
ALFONAL K is excellent emulsifier and dispersant in W/O and O/W systems. The addition is useful into shaping and cutting liquids, lubricants, fuels, etc. - in general, for preparing and stabilization of emulsions and dispersions.
