ALFONAL KBW is used as a textile auxiliary for continuous dying of wool and polyamide, for printing by Vigoureux procedure and for semi-continuous dying of cotton and cellulose materials.
Generally, continuous dying is a process which does not affect the quality of the wool material, above all good spinability. The main advantage is a short period of steaming, in comparison with non-continous treatment. Use of friendly conditions is partly enabled by usage of more effective and more universal textile auxiliaries.
Vigoureux textile printing – usage of ALFONAL KBW enables to accelerate significantly fixing of dye on material and to enhance dye yield.
