SPOLOSTAN 7G Ca is highly effective plasticizing and water reducing agent for fresh concrete and cement mortar mixtures. The ground of admixture effect lies in fine dispersion of cement particles which results in enhanced fluidity of fresh mixture, better hydration of cement binder and improvement of rheological characteristics of the mixture. In addition, the mixture separation liability is reduced and concrete compactness increased.

SPOLOSTAN 7G Ca is suitable for concrete maturing at both normal and increased temperatures, including the CSA technologies (steam curing, autoclaved concrete etc.). It is recommended for concrete with target compressive strength of 20÷40 (50) MPa, ie. if forced strength development is required. SPOLOSTAN 7G Ca is admissible for prestressed concrete as well.

The admixture has negligible retarding effect and that is only at the beginning of the setting process. Increase in the concrete strength is, on the contrary, substantial. Also the aerating effect of SPOLOSTAN 7G Ca is insignificant and has no effect on the concrete firmness.

SPOLOSTAN 7G Ca does not contain any components that could corrode armatures of ferroconcrete. Concrete mixtures modified by SPOLOSTAN 7G Ca flow better even into rugged parts of products with difficult shape. In case of vibrating concrete, the mixture fills even the heavily armoured peripheral parts.
