Most of our surfactants portfolio is covered by anionic surfactants manufactured by continuous sulfonation. These can be classified into several categories - linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid (LABSA) and its sulfonates (range of Abeson products), alkyl ether sulfates (eg. SLES; Spolapons AES), alkyl sulfates (eg. SLS; Syntapons). We also produce couple of amphoteric surfactants (eg. betaines) and amineoxides.
ABESON
ABESON is the linear alkylbenzene sulphonic acid. It is manufactured from alkylbenzene and gaseous SO3 by continuous thin-film sulphonation.
ABESON NA 50
ABESON Na50% sodium salt of dodecylbenzenesulphonicacid 50% with water without next aditives. Produced by LAS neutralization.
ALFONAL K
ALFONAL K is nonionic condensation product of diethanolamine with fatty acids (2:1).
ALFONAL KD
Alfonal KD is a coconut oil acid diethanolamide (1:1).
FLAVOL AO
Flavol AO is a aminoxide of dimethylalkylamine: R—(+)N(CH3)2—>O(-) , where R is alkyl C12-14 (INCI: Cocamine Oxide).
FLAVOL KDA
FLAVOL KDA is an amphoteric surfactant based on water solution of N-cocaamidopropyl- N,N-dimethyl-N-karboxymethylamonium betaine (CTFA name: Cocaamidopropyl Betaine).
FLAVOL LDA
FLAVOL LDA is an amphoteric surfactant based on water solution of N-laurylamidopropyl- N,N-dimethyl-N-karboxymethylamonium betaine (CTFA name: Lauramidopropyl Betaine).
SPOLAPON AES 242
SPOLAPON AES 242 is a water solution of sodium C12+14 - fatty alcohol diethoxysulphate CH3-(CH2)n-1-(-O-CH2-CH2-)~2-O-SO3 Na. It is based on fatty acohols of natural type and manufactured by sulphonation in the concentric tube falling film reactor that assures very high quality and purity of product.
SPOLAPON AES 242/70
SPOLAPON AES 242/70 is a technical grade of sodium linear alkyl ether sulphate 12÷14/2 EO (CTFA/INCI: Sodium Laureth-2 Sulphate) R-(-O-CH2-CH2-)2-O-SO3Na. This product is a homogenous still fluid gel with in-part thixotropic behaviour. Neutral and alkaline water solutions of the product are stable, but stability in acid medium is reduced.
SPOLAPON AOS 146
SPOLAPON AOS 146 is the blend of linear sodium alkensulphonates and hydroxyalkan sulphonates (so-called alphaolefinesulphonates). It is manufactured from C14+16 linear alphaolefines and gaseous SO3 by continuous thin film sulphonation and by hydrolysis and neutralization in the next steps.
SYNTAPON DS
Syntapon DS is aqueous solution of sodium alkylsulfate with addition of complex-forming agent. Alkyl chain is characterized mostly by 10 and 12 carbons.
SYNTAPON L
SYNTAPON L is natrium lauryl sulfate in form of aqueous solution.
